The opportunity:
We’re currently looking for experienced System Administrators/Security Engineers to establish, secure and maintain small on-premises, deployable and cloud networks at multiple classifications, suitable for continuous experimentation and modification.
These roles offer flexibility to work either full-time or part-time under a 12 month fixed-term arrangement with the possibility of multiple extensions. Positions are located in Edinburgh, SA with some projects enabling 2 days a week offsite work.

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Australian citizen and must be eligible to hold a Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance.
- An Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (e.g Azure).
- Exposure to Linux and/or Windows Operating Systems.
- Exposure to Networking.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative and a desire to challenge yourself and continuously improve.
What will make you stand out from the rest:
- Experience with administering cloud-native ICT systems, and establishing, securing and maintaining small experimental networks – both on-premises and cloud-based.
- Exposure to installing and configuring software, such as firewalls and data encryption programs (e.g. VPN).
